This library is very small, so there aren’t as many reading options as other libraries, but the make up for it with their kind hospitality and positive interactions with their “customers”. Customers is a term I wish to use lightly, because here, you are treated like family and not like someone they just want business with. They make you feel very valued and as if they truly care about you, which they do. The staff are very positive and very helpful. They are patient and actually take the time to get to know you. If you go there enough, they’ll have your name memorized :) the staff of this library are just so kind, I can’t seem to say enough good words about them! I’ve never been to a better library before. All the books in the world wouldn’t mean anything unless the staff are just as kind and as helpful as this one. I’d rather go to a small library with kind staff members who treat me like a human versus a big library where the librarians don’t even know I exist. And I’ve met some very rude librarians...
The most and enjoying library there is. I have known Mrs. Ellen since I was a teenager. And I am also a volunteer at Collinsville, I enjoy helping out and different activities and love being around people and their kids. My kids also love going there also.

Small library but very friendly and helpful staff.
