Great service, thanks Elizabeth!
The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable! It would be nice if Verizon would give them better equipment to do their job faster; like other Verizon stores I've been into. The poor lady had to keep inputting the information needed due to the equipment they are given to use. She was awesome tho and did the best she could with what she had.
I had a wonderful experience at this store. They are ALWAYS more then willing to help with any need I have.
My first real experience needing help with an iphone and the customer service I received from Elizabeth at Cellular Plus, Lewistown was the absolute best. Patience of a saint! Nothing was easy with my old phone transferring to my new but she got it done! Excellent experience. No more buying online... I’ll be back. Thx you so much.
