They did not help me at all there 877 number is a joke some of the people do not speak English

I have reported a change to my income twice now and haven't heard anything back. Due to covid-19 I chose to quit my job to stay home with my son. I have tried numerous times calling to report my income change and can't speak to anyone the automated system says you can report changes on the PACompass app so I did twice a month apart and the change still hasn't been applied to my account.

These people are horrible. They hang up on you when you get mad about them canceling your health insurance while you’re on a life sustaining medication during a global deadly pandemic. I lost my job and make 1480 a month on unemployment and to qualify for health insurance I need to make 1350 a month. So my life is in jeopardy because I can’t afford my medication or my doctors appointments. This country is a joke and ran by a bunch of rich morons.

Never got my access card and when I called them I never got a call back. Then sent me paperwork to fill out which I did and mailed it back on the same month and this month I get a message saying I never sent it back. I called and left a message that I mailed it back last month and still haven’t heard back about it now I might not get the Foodstamps I am supposed to be getting this month!

I appealed an action that this office took, the office supervisor lied straight to the administrative judge that I was put back on a benefit and I would receive verification that i was in a couple of day, so that i would dropped the appeal. Guess what, a couple of days later i receive a letter from them that i was still not back on that benefit. Everyone who needs this program can't get it, because you got people who are just too darn lazy to work and want everything giving to them, who are on it, and probably get approved and have the help immediately.
