I appreciate you guys doing your job. I appreciate you guys speaking to my family with respect and compassion. I appreciate you guys driving out to see my grandmothers body and keeping us in the loop. I mean we are the tax payers that pay you to do your job, so sorry for bothering you. If my sarcasm is not felt, that says more about you then me. Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful. My mom lost her mother and you disrespect her on the phone because you failed to do your job and we had questions? And a drive to clear everything up was too much for you. Disgrace.
