I called for information regarding VA assistance for funerals for a relative, who was a veteran. Spoke with Dane who couldnt be more unsympathetic to the situation. Gave me the impression I was inconveniencing him. He told me he couldnt help me, did not want to provide me with any info, but wanted me to provide him with my relatives personal information. When I asked why he needed his info if he couldn't help, he became argumentative and insulting. I would not recommend going here for any help.
