Store will not honor a warranty that was placed on a ring I bought. Warranty papers in hand an they made up rules on the spot to try and charge us for work that needed done. Please shop at a more reputable jeweler.

Excellent customer service at Littman! My husband and I along with our daughter and son (20 months and 8 weeks)went in to get my beautiful rings cleaned checked and the woman working saw my daughter eyeing up the balloons they were using as decoration in the store. She asked if it was OK if my daughter had one and I said yes. This balloon was a life saver! Such a simple and kind gesture kept my daughter entertained for the rest if our time at the mall!! ud83dude0a
