My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. We worked primarily with Adam Colbert, who did a fantastic job with us. He really listened to what my wife was looking for in a vehicle and assisted her in choosing the one that best fit her needs, and our budget! I cannot say enough great things about everyone there, and I recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to make Star, and Adam, their first visit.

The Oil Change and Filter went as planned. They were efficient and expedited the work on the car. It was brought to my attention that The Inspection needed to be done! This company is on their toes, leaving no stones unturned.

It is a long story that spans four months of warranty work. After a four month wait for my truck to be fixed, I received my vehicle back in a condition that I felt was very unacceptable. The truck was not cleaned prior to giving it back, the low fuel light was on, there were cobwebs caked with dirt, and you could see oil or grease smudges/hand prints around the hood area where the tech was working. There was a visible sign of either diesel or DEF that had been spilled out from the filler door and ran down the side of the truck left to sit on the paint for who knows how long. After 12 years of buying vehicles and service from this dealer, I have decided this last experience was too much to ignore. This is not the whole experience or story for this incident but it should suffice. I have never had a dealership or service department give me a vehicle back in such poor condition that showed a lack of care/respect for my property that I am paying a lot of money to have. All this after having the vehicle for 4 months which you would think cause extra care or a second pair of eyes to make sure everything is up to par. The 3 month delay on the part was on Nissan but everything else was in the dealership's hands. Oh, and to top things off, after a 4 month wait I was only given 36 hours to pick up my vehicle. Notified about 11 am Thursday and told I had to pick it up by end of day Friday. So about a 5 hour window the same day and an 8 hour window the next. This was due to the fact that the service department closed the warranty work out that included my rental car for Friday. All that was done without speaking to me if I would be available to pick it up. I could have easily been out of the area for work, on vacation, or not able to leave work to pick it up when they wanted me to. I can go on and on as well. Jason coy was awesome! Went over everything in detail to make sure I understand from payment to how the car works in every aspect! Very personable and great guy to do business with!

Work was performed very quickly and done very well. The staff were very polite, helpful and took great care of us.
