Follow up to my initial Review from January 2019 on June 18, 2019:nnWhen in Giant Eagle picking up another script Four Months after my initial review. Julie the pharmacist came up and personally THANKED ME for writing a review.nnIt is because of her care, compassion and professionalism MY ENTIRE FAMILY has moved out prescriptions to Giant Eagle on Old William Penn Highway!nFor her to come and thank me for my review makes me wish I could change from a 5 Star rating to a 10 Star rating!!!nnOriginal Review:nThe pharmacist on duty (Julie) not only answered my phone call when trying to get medicine for my wife, Julie also insured above and beyond the call of duty that my wife would receive the script she needed filled in a timely and professional manner! I'm moving ALL my families prescriptions to Giant Eagle because of her professionalism and how she clearly has the consumers bottom line in mind. Thank you for hiring such professional and caring staff!!!

Manager Teri runs the best pharmacy in the state, amazing customer service. Techs Matt, David, Chris, Michaela are like family. They all deserve raises!

worst worst customer serivce .4 were busy on table while only one person..was dealing with customer....wait a long time....really bad customer service
