The absolute worst. When a package is expected, you get an email stating they attempted delivery and it was refused (which has never been true) Happened with an Amazon order. Got the email, called and was told it was a new carrier and she just never took it out for delivery. She would attempt the next day or I would have to come and pick it up. So the email says I refused even though they knew she never even took the item out for delivery. Again received the email on another package I am waiting for. The seller is asking if I want the item because the post office sent her an email that I refused it, which once again is not true. Had to mail something overseas once. Employee in that instance was not helpful at all, lacked customer service skills, super rude. It's terrible. Use UPS or FedEx whenever possible.

Not the best in actually getting to for package drop off. The staff, depending on who you get can be helpful to somewhat rude. Facilities are newer

Really wish I would have read reviews before sending wedding invitations from this location. I took 50+ in, had them weighed for proper postage and handed them back to person working the counter. That was over 5 weeks ago and many of my guest still have yet to received them. I get things are a bit delayed right now- but come on! Unacceptable and naturally nothing anyone can or will do about it.

Friendly staff! Mail lady (Beth Karas) friendly & helpful. Brings larger packages to front door. Always says hello & always has a smile on her face.

Unreliable. Rude find my mail laying in the street. No one cares. My neighbors and I get together and exchange mail on Saturdays. No wonder postal service is going out of business
