Never seen a post office so mismanaged and unreliable. Po box addressed packages are rarely ever available in a timely manner. Most if not all don't even get handled till late afternoon. Regular mail is rarely placed before 10am and half the time at 8am they're not even open yet. This place is need of a serious overhaul in management and employees. Po boxes are supposed to be convenient and this place is nothing but a hassle. Multiple trips to get your mail is nonsense especially in a small community.

The customer service was excellent!

I moved to Miles City back in September of 17. I've had several occasions to go into the post office in this town and the people there are not only helpful but they are always friendly! Hooray and hats off!!
