My husband and I have recently had the pleasure of working with Susan Gill for the sale of our home. Our friend and neighbor, Vince, referred us to Susan when we asked him to represent us because he is not active in real estate at this time. Having been in our home for the last 38 years, we feared that this was gong to be a daunting task going through the selling process but Susan met with us early on to discuss what we would need to do and what we could expect as well as giving us some great initial thoughts on our house and the market. She immediately put us at ease and made us feel more than confident that she would walk us through this process. That's exactly what she has done. She not only provided us with prepared information in general but has answered countless questions along the way, taking away any fear or uncertainty. Susan has gone above and beyond in this journey with us and her knowledge and advice have been spot on. We are grateful for Vince's selfless recommendation and for Susan's unfailing commitment to our best interest. I can't say enough about the entire Fairways team. All are above bar when it comes to professionalism and how they treat their customers. Susan and her team have gone above and beyond to help us navigate through the tedious process of buying our new house and selling our existing. I'd give them 6 stars if Google gave us that option.

I really didn’t like the attitude of the real estate person Vince o. Who showed me a home just recently in garden city very Unprofessional person I asked him a few questions and he really didn’t have the answers and it seemed like he was getting an attitude because I guess I was asking too many questions I thought questions was good but I guess in this case it wasn’t so I decided to look at those homes again but not have Fairway real estate show me the home I guess in retaliation Vince called me numerous times to apologize but that’s not good enough I’m surprised that this company lets him work for them

Called multiple times about a rental that I had wanted to see. Stopped into the office and the kid working at the front desk had an attitude. Nobody in the office was wearing a mask. Very unprofessional.
