my son,Derick Williams clothes have not been mailed out to me after sending the money to do so.Virginia is coming to pick him up so why is his clothes not being mailed to me?Idid what they ask me to do and you call ,they don,t know.transaction number7144740.do I need to get his attorney to take care of this or file a greivance
