My mail carrier continues to leave packages sitting on top of the post where are mailboxes are...today she left an HP laptop! If it doesn't fit in the box BRING IT TO THE DOOR! This could've been stolen had I not been home!

Horrible mail service, I get notified via email, Delivery attempted: Unfortunately, USPS couldn’t complete your delivery. They'll try again. WHY ? Two days in a row same message. Tried contacting the local office phone rings off the hook no answer. Use the automated line complete waste of time. NO publicly or private owned business would ever survive with such shoddy service. You would think being in business since 1792 they would have this figured out right by now. They don't care, they simply fail and we keep their paychecks and benefits paid for with our money. Like the PA liquor stores, its time to privatize.

No service what so ever.nOn phone through 4 automated menus no option to speek to a human.nHad very simple question.nGo with UPS.nThe USPS is no longer worth the time or effort

Delivered very expensive item to the wrong house and are unable to help? How does that happen in the first place.

I live in the North Huntingdon area and this is the only post office I will go to I understand some days they are limited staff but what place do you go to that don’t have their ups and downs Thank you guys for everything you do ud83dude42
