This an apartment building built around the 1930’s or 40’s. Right now it is infested with bed bugs and roaches. Mainly seniors and disabled people live here. When there is Orkin here to spray for bugs, some people refuse to let them in, so sadly the bugs continue unabated. Until each and every apartment is treated, this problem will continue to fester.
