Took them six months to address a simple issue. Not very responsive.

A broken water pipe caused damage in my basement including ruining the carpet in the family room as well as the carpet going up the stairs to the main floor.nnI walked into Lay-rite, talked to the owner, Ted, and he came out to my house the next day. He looked it over, gave me an estimate and that was that. A few days later I asked for an upgrade on the carpet for the stairway because of the extra traffic there so he made the addition to the estimate.nnWhen I was ready to have the work done, I called him. His very professional crew came out the next day right on schedule. And the add on for the stairway came in at less money then he had estimated.nnI'm very happy with the quality of the work that was done and the way it was done. I heartily recommend Lay-rite and will use them again if I need the service!
