BEST pharmacy BY FAR!! VERY polite and patient and nice in the phone and they definitely know what they're doing. A blonde lady at the pharmacy she was very nice. I'm glad I switched to this CVS. just wish it had a drive thru. Like my old CVS did. Lol thanks for great customer service DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Went into CVS on 590 & 6 at Hawley todaynCouldn’t pick up an over counter CVS type Sudafed because driver’s license was 20 days expired due to PA backlog but it was ok with the two pharmacists being the only ones I saw in the store without wearing their face mask even when at the consultation counter talking to customersnSeems that if they choose to pick which policies to enforce they should me more concerned with the ones that affect their customers health

Went to pick up a med that i was told would be held get there and put in back in stock told could refill on tight schedule had to wait. Terrible service. Terrible going to switch to a better place

I have to give at least one star or else I would give NONE!nnThe store itself and most of the staff are fine but the male pharmacist, Carl, is one of the rudest, most ill mannered people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting in my entire life!nnI will NEVER use this pharmacy after the way he spoke to my 60+ year old mother! We attempted to file a complaint with upper management and we were told that his behaviour is in accordance with the way they wish to run the Hawley CVS...nnI've been using the CVS in Honesdale ever since and the staff there are excellent, very helpful, always prompt and always very polite!
