Although they couldn't see my cat,because they were booked.(Which I 100% understand)nThe receptionist showed care & compassion for my cat. She told me how extremely important it is to get my cat to a vet today,& gave me the number to the emergency vet in Plains.nI've been a client in the past & always had a good experience.
This place is amazing is a life saver. I had an emergency with my dog not feeling well & I was so panic with my baby. I got there & they emediately took my dog in with no hesitation. Other places told me I needed an appointment even when I said is a life & death situation with my dog. But not this place I love them...nThey are loyal great kind hearted people very loving. They took care of my dog quickly. Everyone in there is so kind . They care alot about your pet and wants the best for your pets like if it's their own. This will be our new place to go. I called and asked to get an appointment for my dog who is having some issues. Was told to call back the following day to get an appointment for Saturday. So I call then they tell me that they have no appointments to call the next day and they will get me right in. So I call that day and they told me they can't do anything for me because my pet has never been there before. They should have told me the first day I called that they're not taking any new clients instead of wasting my time for 3 days. I could have used that time to find a different veterinarian. I figured since my father used this veterinarian in the past that I would give them a try since my current dogs vet is kind of far for me to travel to right now. Does not matter now I will never call them again.
I love it. Plenty of parking. I like the idea of the two cats exam rooms. My Muggs seemed more relaxed. Glad to see your regular employees. Lots of luck everyone
We have been customers at Cherry Ridge for over 20 years. Their new location is beautiful and not only clean but organized as well. The staff is friendly and patient. Highly recommend them.
