Pa Health Department

I did not have a choice but to give it a 1. If it were up to me it would be getting no stars. I have called 3 times so far today 3/31/18 and left 3 messages for the on call person. Obviously the dept. of Health does not stand by their slogan where they say they “promoting health and disease control” is a part of their vision. I have raw sewerage in my basement and my landlord is not taking care of it. One would think the dept. Of Health would be concerned about all the serious diseases it contains. I am disabled. I have 2 serious heart conditions which cause breathing problems. I have pets which walk around and lick their paws. I guess you have to be someone in this state in order to get help. Poor people sure do not receive help when they reach out for it. I guess my next step is lodging a complaint against this on call person, calling the news, emailing the governors office and I might as well email the senator while I’m at it.
