Very nice greeter at the door to say there are no PennDOT services currently( nearest ones Dunmore or WB they are trying to get them back)just photo license services for now. Quick in and out for photo!

Really fast. And helpful I took my driving permit there not for the first time but the first time there and I passed. And I passed my Parrelk parking test I would highly recommend this place!!

We walked in and had about 40 people in line waiting in front of us. Oh boy, great. We were greeted by an employee who answered our questions and made sure we had what we needed. The workers worked fast and were pleasant. A short wait and we were taken care. Drivers license work completed and out the door with a smile. These places are what you make them. If you have a bad attitude when you walk in, don't expect peaches and cream in return.

I read reviews all the time. I've added reviews as well. But, I've never been treated as a second class citizen as much as the employee at Honesdale location. I understand it gets busy, but, never have I encountered such an unprofessional person in my life. And I'm a retired correctional officer; I've seen evil. I don't care who you are. No one has a right to belittle or talk down to another person. I understand it's a demanding job. If you can't handle it then it's your time to find something you like. I also understand that DMVs should be open Mon-Fri. There are more drivers on the road then ever before. Female with the blonde hair at Honesdale, please take a class in professionalism. Remember, you're no better then anyone else. Time to find Jesus and get saved.
