Purchased a used vehicle for around 35000 from these people. Got home took it out a few days later. Good thing I did a walk around my rim was broken. Talked to John Raphael, sent pics. Now I don't exist. Front passenger broke, I decided to check the other wheels and the front driver was cracked also. Don't trust these people for used cars let alone safety inspection.

John Sisson Mercedes Benz has been so wonderful to me in my car buying experience! I purchased a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLA and couldn’t ask for a more luxurious vehicle! All of their staff is phenomenal but I would like to take time to recognize Ashley Price (Car Sales) and Clif Burns (Sales Manager). Ashley was extremely helpful in getting me the exact car that I wanted right down to the most little things. Clif took a huge role in this as well by researching various cars to make sure I loved what I got. Both Ashley and Clif check in with me still to check in on things! It is a very sophisticated, and welcoming atmosphere. If you are looking to purchase a luxury car John Sisson Mercedes Benz is the place to go!

Good luck getting anyone from the service department to call you back. I’ve made four calls over the Past two weeks, including talking to a specific service advisor twice, and I still don’t have a service appointment for my luxury Sprinter. I have four Mercedes, and none of them will ever go here. It’s ridiculous that Mercedes shoe horns you into to a specific dealer for sprinter service, just to get ignored.

My experience was so awesome. I wanted a vehicle so bad and both Cliff and Rick found me one in my price range as well as wheeled and dealed with the bank to get me the best prices and rates. This made the process much longer and my payments much cheaper overall. They showed that they cared for the customers and me. They want each customer to be satisfied. They went above and beyond :)
