Car was in for a check engine light, oil change and inspection on Monday. Called and said car would be done Monday night. Tuesday car still was not done, called Wednesday morning and they were test driving. Had to call back Wednesday evening at 4:45 to find out my car was completed but never received a call. When I came after hours to pick up car window was left down but car was locked. Usually have good service but this time was absolutely horrible!

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the person at the front desk, to the finance manager, and I really enjoyed working with the sales person, Trish Hernandez. I highly recommend her and John Sisson Nissan. My car is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience.

My sun roof was clogged, resulting in lots of water damaging my interior. It was fixed and the inside was detailed. I am very pleased with the quality of service.
