This place is a joke.They don't help these poor kids they do more harm then good and don't give a damn who they hurt.

Very rude and ignorant on the phone. I mean I understand the irritation of having to deal with all these junkie parents around here but when someone calls with legitimate concerns and question about a situation to make their child's life better they shouldn't be treated like a burdon given sighs and rushed off the phone. If you're going to get paid the amount of money they do from tax dollars you would think they would at least try to fake it when someone called. Instead they show that they don't actually care about the kids. Its just a way to make money.

they lie and try to tear familys apart I have no criminal charges in 10 yrs someone called and said I threatened them and now im not allowed to visit my grandchild after cys put her in a home with a sex offender.whos the real abusers of power.we all have rights and I am standing up for mine
