I had a delightful visit when I renewed my license. Perhaps issue was not with employee!! For those who feel they had issues.

Surprisingly, this had to be the quickest in and out trip I have EVER made to the DMV. I was lucky enough, however, to set an appointment online the day before (which is incredibly rare) so try and plan to get one months in advance. As a result, I immediately went to the front of the line over those who had already been waiting there hours. Also, keep in mind that if you are converting to a REAL ID that you are required to set up an appointment so don't even bother to go if you don't. Megan did an AMAZING job and had me in and out of the office in under 30 minutes even though I did forget some items and had to email them to her while I was there. So in summary:n1. Schedule an appointment online to make life easyn2. If you're fortunate like me, bring your laptop with additional documents/items for identification in case you forget something!

Dont go to this DMV! Worst drivers license experience ever!

Literally usually never get my call answered any time I call. Seems like it's almost even ignored sometimes because it will ring and ring and ring then just like stop all of a sudden. Could also be just because it can only ring for so long before it has to stop. I wrote this review after I called today and the phone rang all the way through TWICE without being answered. But anyway don't call if you need something done, go in. Haven't had a bad experience otherwise if you just make appointments and don't just walk-in. People are usually nice too, just don't get the deal with the phones.

Great people work here they are so knowledgeable and kind. I have never gone to a dmv that was so easy and fast.
