I had a an authorization for a back brace. I took my slip to VA hospital and was told that my primary was in Henderson. I took the slip to the Henderson VA. I was told that I would receive it in 4 to 7 days. 2 weeks go by and no brace. I called the VA in Henderson and was told that someone would get back to me. Another week goes by and no one contacted me so I called again. I was transferred to a Doctor who said that the slip was sent without his signature and that he would take care of it. Another week goes by and I receive a letter telling me that I needed to take the letter to the prostatic department at the VA hospital and they would fit me with the brace. It took 2 months to get something that I should have been given when I first went to the VA hospital. Someone needs to overhaul the whole system and figure out why people don't know their jobs. I could not walk and was in extreme pain.
The Best of the Best hospital in the nation. Well worth one billion dollars spent. I have zero problems with all my doctors. They are outstanding. Thank you former Republican Dean Heller. Minus the Democrats and libturds for taking full credit.
This is a great facility.
It was my first time ever using their valet and it was new contractor. The gentlemen were pleasant but not helpful to me. I had to come alone and there was no one to help me and I didn’t have a wheelchair. My leg was broken and they got me a chair and I had to push myself to the elevator. When I came back I now had a wheelchair, leg brace and crutches. The man brought me my car and walked away. An employee called him back to assist me getting the chair in my trunk. I don’t know if they are supposed to help, but it was obvious I couldn’t do it alone with a broken leg. They put the chair in and I was thankful for their help.

VA Eye Clinic was fabulous.
Been at the front desk most courteous and patient.
The eye doctors for one Noelle and Diane were amazing and very thorough. I have not been to an eye doctor for 25 years but this is VA Eye Clinic was amazingly detailed and answered many questions I had.
I had to wait about two months to get an appointment there, but it was well worth the wait especially since they gave me two pairs of prescription glasses for free.

Big, new, clean, good snacks and food in the employee visitor cafeteria, Military like store with great hats. Easy check in and staff is friendly but info at times is hard get in a timely manner as far as service and medical records.
