I know they have a ton of people from Crohns, but after today's conversation with one of the pharmacist I'm definitely glad I'm moving. The owner is nice, explained a med and the front people are nice too. I just want my meds, I called Monday for five medications to be delivered today, Wednesday. The one was only partially filled. I got nothing but attitude from this pharmacist saying its brand name and expensive.. ok. I hung up. Called again. I have to go tomorrow. It's hard to get there and when you have things to do hard to wait for delivery. Just not the small town everyone else is raving about.

It's really good at taking Crones and Darling customers at the last minute and Darling closing out on their customer

I love and value the down home feeling I get when I enter. It smells so delightful and you are not only greeted by the front desk employees everyone say hi with your name. To be bluntly honest I can not tell who is a tech or clerk. Everyone helps the other. You don't see anymore such a flow of teamwork in most businesses. I also like that they have a delivery service for free.

This is without doubt the finest drug store in the Warren, PA area. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you. I needed a medication that nobody else in town had in stock. They had it for me and even had to call my doctor and get him to get it approved from my insurance company because my insurance did want to pay for it. While I was there in the store I found out that they delivered all around the area as well. I was even able to schedule a time to get my Shingles vaccine. 5 star service all around!
