If I could give it a zero, I would. This location just outright sucks! The store does NOT take pride in itself, from the employees to the cleanliness of both inside and out. Empty shelves constantly, cages product everywhere, the lack of cashiers to help with the long lines. No management around at all. Highly NOT recommended.

This new pharmacist Yun or Yuni is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Every time I come here I have an unpleasant encounter with her for some reason. I will NEVER be back again, nor will anyone else if I can help it. I understand being new and learning but you should ALWAYS be friendly and professional. I should not have to tell you how to run my insurance or how to check if it's been reactivated. If you make a mistake, thats okay but be sure to communicate to who you are helping with what is going on.! One second she couldn't find me in the system, next she stated she had no insurance for me and then she was handing me a bag. Seriously? It shouldn't be an inconvenience for you to do your job sweetheart.

first & foremost is the friendly custmer service, these people are good at what they do, they all have a knack for making it seem as if your theyr entire world. so often times nowadays businesses slack on the friendly personable part. it makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE in the WORLD to most.
