They always seem to be a delay in picking up a prescription. They tell you an hour, you show up 2 hours later and then they tell you another 30 min.

I followed all the directions given to me to pick up my meds at the sateiite. pharmacy on Sunday. However, they never showed up to open for business. It's very clear they do do not want retirees anywhere near the base. I never expected to be treated this way.Everyone who else that showed up for there meds were in disbelief just like i was. What now? where are meds now. How do we pick them u. Just a pitiful operation. I've gone 3 days without my thyroid medication believing I'd get them today. Now I have to got work all week without medication. Thanks Nellis

I walked in about 9:20 got my ticket maybe 30 seconds I was called over to turn in my RX and was told again it would be 10:30 tell pick up. Fast.thank you satellite pharmacy.

Nurse was helpful for my sister-in-law but the service is very slow due to cuts in personnel due to virus. But it is always slow she said.

I called to check on availability of a prescription that was previously back ordered. After listening to different menu options, I selected the Satellite pharmacy at Nellis. It then just kept ringing. No pickup, no prompts or other options, unable to leave messages. An option to leave a message for call back or a queue system with approximate waiting time would help.
