This place is amazing with terrific staff. Tarra and Cynthia are always here, making the therapy sessions more comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and compassionate. Always smiles on their faces, showing how much they enjoys their work. Jody is extremely knowledgeable about the body and determining what procedures to do. Highly recommended to any and all that needs physical therapy.

Ive been going here for 8 or so weeks following an auto collision. Today I went in and was severely mistreated by the terrible office staff and one of the owners, Jody. Jody accused me of scheduling more times with the Physical Therapist Adam, who is amazing, than her. I explained to her that she had taken two weeks off, then I had taken two weeks for my mental health, and had been back for a few sessions now and this was the first she had open. I also reminded her that I do not make the schedule, I tell Stephanie at the front desk to schedule me and she does just that. I continued to explain, as a fellow business owner and employer, that if her employee made a mistake in scheduling then she needed to speak with her about it, not me. She continued to try to explain it to me, using the same terrible logic she had previously used as if I couldnt hear her the first time. "I can go through and show you where you saw Adam and not me" "Blah Blah Blah". Like a broken record, she had no other arguments, evidence to provide, or sympathy for my conditions. Instead she interupted me and used a demeaning tone and posture to attempt to exert dominance onto me. This backfired on her the second she tried it, because that frmale dog was fired immediately. I then went to the front desk to confront Stephanie about her not scheduling me properly, and was followed to the front by Jody, who at this point looked high on drugs with a demented look in her eyes and shortness of breath. Jody continued to speak over me, not allowing me to ask my questions of Stephanie and not giving me any answers herself. Before I left I made sure I let them know exactly where they stand on the totem pole. Adam is a great PT, and I give him amd his assistants Chelsea, H, and Martini 5 stars. Unfortunately I will not be going back due to the disrespect and lack of compassion I saw today. If the owners of the business cant keep it together for 5 minutes during a consult, then how can they expect their people to? I'll be speaking with my lawyer monday about pursuing recompense through legal means and will update my review at the conclusion of it all. At this point I have called and demanded a written apology and was refused, so they can ingest a sack of richards and deal with my lawyer and his private investigator.

My applause to Betsy, Mike, Monica and Dominique! I had been waking 3 or 4 times a night crying from back, shoulder, and arm pain. The physical+manual therapy, dry needling, muscle stimulation, and massages I received at AMT eliminated all pain and I'm sleeping through the night! The positive attitude of everyone there made it a pleasure. Thank you AMT!
