I had a sweep tub and alleyway from Tarter shipped through FedEx. 10 foot long pallet, about 3 feet wide, 2,750lbs. This was a paid lift gate delivery where it’d be dropped down on the lift gate in tandem with my tractor. I received no call for an appointment so I called. Finally received a call back from a little cal driver, Tony. He said he’d be at my place at 9am and I told him that wouldn’t work because I wasn’t home. After him calling me back several times with several delivery options ( basically giving me the run around ) he brings the trailer over without a lift gate and said he be back later to help me unload. He came later and had my minor daughter sign and then left. I hope this company feels good about having my wife in that trailer trying to lift 250lb panels. This company is a joke! Unprofessional and only caring about numbers.
They never answer the phone.
