Twin Falls Humane Society

We adopted our dog from Twin Falls Animal Shelter in June. We love her so much! The lady in the back was so kind and told us what she knew about the different dogs so we could choose which ones to take for a walk. I knew instantly that I wanted Kota, who we've renamed Be, but she was ill that first day so we had to wait for her to get better and get spayed. When they called to tell us we could adopt her, the lady was so good to answer my questions and help us feel prepared. When we picked her up, things went smoothly with all the staff being very kind. We have since been working on training our Be and she has come a long way. My daughter, who was terrified of dogs is like a new person now. She's gained lots of confidence and enjoys our dog as much as the rest of us!

I met my best friend today. Thanks to everybody at the humane society. I love her so much I think she kind of likes me. I call her Chick

We adopted our pup last summer and were extremely pleased with the staff and process. We also have been sponsoring dogs there for 12 years because of the professional caring staff, cleanliness, friendliness and dedication they show. Highly recommend this shelter !!!

The shelter is being ran my incredibly unprofessional people. They pick and choose who gets certain pets. They adopt the small dogs and desirable breeds out to friends, ignoring first in line and best suited applicants. They do not return calls or respond to messages either via phone, email, or social media. Encouraging elderly community members to waste their time filling out applications, only to give the dog to your relative, is unethical. This shelter deserves nothing less than a full audit and investigation.

I adopted my dogs Burt and Ernie from here, and everyone was so friendly! They are seriously the best dogs, and fit our family perfect. Im so happy that these animals have a wonderful place to stay before they go to their forever homes.
