We had a great experience!! We had stopped to ask if they would clean my wedding ring, even though we did not purchase it there. They said “of course!” They even rhodium plated it for me (hadn’t been done in years and was starting to really show the yellow gold). It looked so beautiful when they were done! It made my day and I was so thankful for their generosity and kindness. Andrew, the manager, really made an impression!! Thanks again!!

We've shopped at Jensen Jewelers many times in the past, and have always been very pleased with both the quality of the products and with the customer service. However, lately, every time I go in I've been treated with impatience and condescension. Sales people have tried to argue with me about aspects of the jewelry I've purchased, wouldn't give me a bid on an alteration I wanted, and have failed to fix an issue with their online database regarding a ring I bought, after telling me they would 3 different times.
