I would never buy from here again. I asked for a rhodium dip but they instead buffed on my ring and made my ring size a little smaller. They buffed so much it ruined the design I had on my ring. I’ve been told there’s no way to fix it, you can’t add gold back to an area with design because it would bubble. The lady that did this to my ring still works there even after I complained to someone higher up in the company, they don’t seem to care. All I can do now is tell my story and hope it does not happen to anyone else.
