My fingers have got swollen and I couldn't get my wedding ring off. I had tried everything. I went in and they had a tool to easily clip it off and didn't even charge me. Their staff was extremely friendly. I am looking forward to getting it resized here soon. Their prices seemed very competitive. 100% recommend.

My 98 year Grandfather's watch stopped, needing a new battery. He was just going to do without, because he couldn't find the proper size battery anywhere. I brought the watch to Mr. Barton and he steam cleaned it (it really needed cleaning!), sterilized it, replaced the battery, reset the options, provided a 3 year guarantee, and made my Grandfather incredibly happy! Thanks Barton family for providing such quick and diligent service at such a premium price! While waiting, (it was mere minutes) I checked out the beautiful jewelery and art. I'll definitely be back!

Brought in a beloved heirloom silver ring for resizing, which had been made in the 80’s and worn almost continuously since. It had a complex design carved into it, along with the patina of decades of wear. Barton’s was very thoughtful and polished it into oblivion. When new, it had never been smooth and shiny but it certainly is now. What pattern had remained is almost completely polished away, and the beautiful antique patina is a distant memory. Not sure why a jeweler would think that was a good idea, and I’m heartbroken that my one-of-a-kind treasure now looks like a bright cheap aluminum ring purchased at the dollar store. The resizing cost $40, but I would gladly pay $4000 to have my ring the way it was, before a Barton had ever touched it.

Unfortunately I had to having my wedding ring cut off because it was too small for my finger. I called or visited just about every jeweler here in Twin but no one was willing or able to help except Barton’s. They were very kind and able to take the ring off. When I need jewelry in the future I know where I’ll be going!
