The staff was incredibly hospitable, generous, kind and helpful. They really made our day and I'm grateful to have stopped in!

We had to special order my new ring. Because they only carry Sterling silver in the ring I bought in store. Not going to receive ting until 1st of year. Now the issues we have. 1) We have to make a payment before I even receive the ring. 2) They started charging interest the day we signed on the dotted line. Not telling us anything about this before we signed. Only thing relayed to us, was as soon as we sign we can't back out of the deal. After we signed they said how much our payment was and the date it was due. I said wow wont even have my ring before we have to make a payment. Sales lady said I know sorry. Not till I got my statement that we now seen they charged interest also. Called and only thing said was that's our policy. Well maybe you should state your policy before the sale!

I was treated so kindly by both men in the store who helped me today. I needed a ring repaired and they were such a pleasure to talk to and took exceptional care of me. I was nervous to go in but have never felt so at ease in a Jewelry store. I really can't put into words how exceptionally wonderful this place is. I plan to buy my next diamond ring here!
