I just had to worst experience, in fact the only negative experience I’ve ever had in my 10 years+ dealing with State Farm. The person I spoke to was incredibly and needlessly rude, which I endured to ultimately find out she couldn’t actually help me. She seemed bothered that I needed insurance. I called another agent in town and got the service that is usually standard with the multiple offices I’ve dealt with in my years with State Farm. If you’re in Twin falls I would recommend going anywhere else.
