Yes rates were great, but wait until you file a claim. Local office can’t help and gives wrong information so your calling, emailing and chasing their 1-800 customer service center and claim processor. They were such a pain that I went beyond my 30 days in a rental car and had to pay for the additional days. Both myself and auto body shop had a headache! Update any information with the local office and it doesn’t get updated. On a side note be sure they don’t know your personal matters because it makes its way back around after they feel the need to gossip.
