Brandon Brown: Allstate Insurance

I have been with All State my entire driving life. Today was the reason for this. Lori went WAY above and beyond..Such professionalism and kindness. My address sends deliveries to NJ or Illinois..lol. 3.5 hrs to wait for a jump was not acceptable to her and what ever magic she worked got them here in 26 min. Thank you Lori.

We have been with our Allstate insurance Agent , Brandon Brown several years now. My wife and I have only good things to say about his staff and how easy it is to communicate with them and receive the responses and clarification we need regarding our home and auto coverage. Mike helped me realize a substantial savings with regards to our auto coverage. And my wife has had very cordial experiences in communicating with Sharon, Miranda and Mike, all the time we have been with the Brandon Brown Agency.

What a joke of a place! Please, go somewhere else. Their front office help, Miranda, doesn't know what the heck she's talking about and will screw you out hundreds of dollars. Go somewhere where they know insurance and can openly communicate with you.

Anytime I've had a question everyone in the office was more than happy to assist me. I had called seveal agencies to sign up with allstate and this agency was the only one to have someone in office to help me. I appreciate all they do and will continue to use allstate because of them.
