Came after hours when other 24/7 companies that I called said that they couldn’t. Very reasonably priced for an after hours call and Gabe was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Terry’s!

I’ve dealt with several of their technicians. they are all very professional, clean, and courteous. Louis was here today and did a great job . He installed some extra beneficial Filtration equipment. I highly recommend Terrys Heat & A.c. And also Louis.

I requested a service call for my rental. I asked them to please do a diagnostic and then call me before doing any service. I received the survey realizing they must’ve completed the service without ever calling me. I called their office and found that I had a $450 bill and I had no idea what for. My renter said he did a great job and it’s working wonderful but that is a pretty steep fee without getting authorization per the request of the owner.

It's such a pleasure to do business with professionals and Terry's appears to be well-staffed with persons qualifying for that title. From the initial contact with the receptionist to the follow-up by the sales rep after completion of our project, we've enjoyed nothing short of everything we can ask for. Our purchase was two ACs for our upstairs bedrooms and the overall appearance—both inside and outside—is much better than we'd expected. We can recommend these folks without reservation.
