Large selection of crafting items and an even bigger selection of fabric.
I am so disappointed with the response I got from the staff at Twin Falls Idaho store 1692. I wanted to return unused yarn from a sale purchase from 15 days earlier. I had the receipt to prove I paid $6.99 per skein and they would only refund $5.87 per skein. What? It's a recent sale and I have my receipt? The register will only give a refund of the most current price. Not what my receipt says. Even asked the manager. Not right. They kept almost $4.00 of my money. Won't be going back unless it's a last resort
So many things I want and want to make
The employees at this Twin Falls Joann's were of not attentive and had no knowledge of what was going on. Went to two different people with the same question and neither one of them knew how to answer about a product that specifically stated to take the tag to the counter. One said she checked the item online but we were right there and she DID NOT check!! Obviously there was more important things for her to do than to take care of the customer.nWe waited in line with one cashier and about 12 people in line for about 10 minutes and none was called to help her.nI think you need to train your employees before they are let loose on the floor.
Always helpful with answering my questions as a novice seamstress. Good fabric selection and friendly folks!
