Very unorganized! If you are claustrophobic this isn’t the place for you. The sales person literally as slippers on. They knew very little about their own product and about 2k more than everyone else. Staff was friendly and tried to gain some knowledge for us and wanted to help.
David Plew is experienced and very knowledgeable and professional. He is doing a complex radiant heating system for our new house and has done a great job and has saved us money as well. He has done several houses for a friend who is a general contractor, and he came highly recommended.
As a general contractor I look for dependability in the sub-contractors I hire. Dave Plew worked diligently to install a heat pump system for a very good customer, under a one week deadline. He had the equipment in stock and installed in 4 days. My customer is extremely pleased with the quality of the work and quiet operation of the unit. That's the kind of excellent service that works for me. Thank you! Job well done!
I had waited for a competitor who kept putting me off and would not commit to show up. When I called pleas they had a tech out and fixed my central heating and air system within a few hours. Highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs.
My grandmother had called for air conditioning service and the receptionist was so sweet. When they called back and we informed them that we no longer needed their service the guy on the other end became rather vulgar and rude. I'd pay the extra 10 dollars to go to another business than ever use them again.
