Jerry Lockwood Spraying

My landlord and I have been dealing with Beau...I'm assuming a son to Jerry. When he finally made it to the house, he found the backflow needed replaced. It took 3 weeks to return to fix it. He tested the sprinklers and found that there were repairs that needed to be done. That took a month. When he did return, no one was home and he decided it was okay to do very LITTLE work without any notification that he was going to show up. He decided it was okay to enter my back yard without anyone being home. Who knows, he could have gone into my house too...Very unreliable! I have dogs and when he left, he left the fence partially open! When he was leaving, my neice happened to get there. She's 22. He proceeded to tell her about some issues. She doesn't care about sprinklers...do you think she relayed any useful details to me? I have yet to hear from him again about those issues. I have left him a text and have not heard from him. I would definitely NOT recommend. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND unresponsive. I'd give a 0 if I could. Very disappointed.

I contacted Jerry he came out and gave me a bid. I immediately told him that I wanted to proceed. He told me that it would be three weeks or so. I agreed. Three weeks past so I called him. He said that he was behind a week, but we set a day. I called him the morning of, he didn't answer. He texted me back to tell me his line puller was broken, and they were waiting on a part. I waited a week and texted him. He said that the part should be there tomorrow, and that they would contact me when they got the puller out back together. That was over a week ago. I texted him a couple days ago and he hasn't responded yet. I waited a week and texted him again, no response. Today I gave him the ultimatum this week or not at all. He responded that I should look elsewhere. Seriously, I was in line right before his puller broke and should have been first in line once it was fixed. This is yet another bad experience. Is any sprinkler company able to do what they promise. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this guy. The communication hasn't been great either.
