This was the first place we visited when my husband had I moved from North Carolina to Schuylkill Haven. It’s very small, but has a good selection of books. If they don’t have the book you’re looking for, they will order it from another library. Getting a card here gives you access to many other local libraries. The women that work there are super helpful. They didn’t only help us with books, they also gave us excellent suggestions for local shops.
A nice library. The staff is willing to go out of their way to help you. Patrons and visitors may work on the library's computers, but the use of thumb drives is not allowed. That was a bit of a surprise. Please visit them!
Pure racism. ANY library i know allows you to charge your phone ....you arent bothering anyone ...the lady immediately tells me i cant and before that as i was walking up a lady said something to me very borderline racist. I was only in this town for 2 hours and ill never return
