I am here for a traffic ticket that I am disputing and paid already and I showed up 10 mins early at 11:05am my hearing was for 11:15am and it’s 11:35am and no one even said a word to me I sign the sheet and waiting still if the cop showed up and I didn’t they would have started at 11:15am and I would have been guilty by 11:16am the staff is rude and look down on the vary people who pay there taxes that gives them a job. This is unacceptable for public service workers.... “Add on” I was called in At 11:56am 41mins pass my hearing time.. Where UnHonorable James R. Ferrier tried to get me to plea guilty without the officer showing up.. In our court system the judge is supposed to be A unbiased party when I told the Judge I will not plea guilty because I have a constitutional right to confront my accuser. He then stated you “ You are one of the Dishonest ones” and continue to talk down to be for holding to my rights as a American! And he dismissed the ticket as our Laws state I am innocent until proven guilty! But not for this Judge! And when he handed me my refund check he stated “ See you Later” to me that was a clear Threat! And Like I told him when he was trying to get me to plea guilty I record all interactions with law-enforcement I have him on camera saying all of this and will be Filing A Federal Complaint Against this clear abuse of power and just malice behavior! If you go to see this Judge or his unprofessional staff record everything because they believe they are above the law and the very people who pays their taxes that gives them a Job that they do not deserve!!!

I was told a minimum collateral of $50 was needed before a hearing could be scheduled even though ON THE TICKET IT SAYS IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD COLLATERAL YOU ARE TO REQUEST A HEARING. Not to mention my ticket was $25 and they added over $100 ONTO THE EXISTING FINE IN BS SURCHARGES ud83eudd2c we taxpayers fund YOUR salary! Work for the people and stop being sleezy!

The Judge took the time out to personally speak to me about my circumstances, he heard me out and gave me an opportunity to solve my issues.

Dishonorable James Ferrier is the perfect example of a crooked person having an undeserved position of power in a peaceful small town area. He does legal “favors” for rich people and business owners who are close with him or have a financial history with him. He has dropped tickets for people just because he knew the person or the associated person with the person he knows. He’s excused extreme crimes like by ignoring evidence and stating that the person was a “good American boy” and he “went with his gut” in the decission. He has blatantly lied to defendants just to get what he wanted out of them. For instance, there will be promises of no points on a license and a reduced ticket price if someone was to plead guilty then whatever the reduced ticket price was you will get a bill for the difference a couple weeks later and a letter stating you have received points. When you call to challenge this and quote his own words he dismisses them and takes no responsibility for his blatant and proud lying. He is easily “persuaded” in deciding outcomes of cases instead of looking at evidence presented. For instance, whether it is he defendant or plaintiff somebody could respond to a question under oath with sobbing crocodile tears and then suddenly we making wicked comments moments later but he only sees he crocodile tears and thinks they are real. He will also talk down to you in a demeaning fashion sometimes and will allow outbursts/threats in court while evidence is being presented. He will also hold biases against people he doesn’t personally like. That is just a few of the problems with him.nnWe need an actual honorable, law honoring, and honest magistrate not this scum.
