This is a great office--fantastic staff and doctors. They are very friendly and welcoming, but also skilled and knowledgeable. We've been seeing them for over 10 years for a variety of retainers and braces for our kids. We love that they've added a satellite office in Shoshone that we can visit for routine check ups. When starting treatment they clearly explain the expense. Also, the appointments are quick and timely.
The Orthodontist specialist of the Magic Valley are always so kind and friendly. They treat my kids just like family including my little kids who I bring in with us to appointments. We love how they get us right in to our appointments with no wait time. I would suggest to everyone I know to go there. They are always so upfront and honest with us and work with my family on any questions or concerns
