This place didn’t know what a quartz banger was and once I explained they said they had them but couldn’t tell me what size? What!? Unprofessional, uneducated staff... train them or hire folks with experience!!!

Absolutely 0 knowledge of product their store carried. Not talking about specific details, but not knowing what bong cleaner is or that they carry it even though it's on their shelf. Chinese glass used in any piece they sell so don't expect it to last long.
