I order from here often. Sometimes they slip up here and there but for the most part I have the option to buy from right down the block new london's pizza and I just won't. Here I can give specific instructions and I'll get what I want. Only thing is if you want good ol well done fries you should just pick it up. Theyre super good when fresh but after being delivered they are always soggy and I live right around them
I was told their driver delivered my food to another address after ive been waiting for an hour for my food. They said they would reorder it but not give me a refund. I mean it was their fault... And the wee accusing me of trying to get free food. It's not about the free food, it's about how long I had to wait for my food and to be told that the driver delivered my food to the wrong address. Then turn around and tell me that there was some other issue with the driver. I mean which was it...nnMoral of the story, I won't be ordering from them again. Very unprofessional. Disrespectful. Wanted to argue with me over the phone...nnNope, never again.
