A good place to stop for books and coffee. They are doing a good job with COVID-19 precautions. We have been going there for years when visiting Twin Falls. Nice people.
Always has a great selection of the newest titles and great place for puzzles and games. Staff is super friendly and eager to help you find that special book or game.
I only gave them 1 star bc I can't give them negative stars. We normally enjoy shopping at Barnes and Noble. But we will NEVER return to the Twin Falls location. Most of the employees were great. But one very pregnant employee gave the absolute WORST customer service ever!! I left the store fighting tears. I have never felt so uncomfortable & unwelcome in my life. I couldn't leave fast enough! I don't care if she was having a bad day or fighting with her boyfriend. You DON'T treat people the way she treated us. Last time I checked, customer service mattered at Barnes and Noble.. Apparently not anymore! I'll happily take my business and money elsewhere!nnWe went in on 8/4 at approx 3p. If my employees were to treat clients the way she treated us, I WOULD FIRE THEM ON THE SPOT!
Extremely clean location, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely gonna come back more often to pick up some more books.
