this place helped us out on sunday afternoon! he was there fast to mechanicsburg and loaded the car up and right to the house to drop off! thank out so much and what a friendly person. great place. we will use you again

Shawn (sp???) and whoever else works at frys garage are angels sent from heaven (even after Geico failed us). They were so helpful and got my husband/car where they needed to be so we could get our flat tire fixed and back on the road for the remainder of our journey. We are so grateful for their dedication to helping us! We are now on our way to NY for Thanksgiving with our family.

IF I could give zero stars, I would. This guy is a shyster, a rip off artist, a screw over with your pants on. First off, my son was in an accident and the police stated they would call the closest tow.......... Wrong this guy was at least 10 or miles away. Plenty more closer. My son is a young driver and did not know what to do. HE DOES NOW. I don't even know how AAA can be affiliated with such a scam artist. SO this guy comes, picks up my son's car, does not ask where he wants it, doesn't wait to for my son and husband to get finished with the police, he just drives off and takes it to his garage. When my husband called to figure out what was going on and where the car was, this so called business man gave my husband such an attitude. He told him the tow was $260 seriously? For taking a car to a place we didn't want it towed to. So then we go to take care of the car on Friday we had to work all week. He and my husband had words. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. you know this is my sons first car. He is upset and this so called business man screwed him with his clothes on. He had a charge for everything including hooking the car up. Almost $100 to hook the car up, $150 to tow, $35 a day storage (which we did not want to take it there.) $25 to pick up my sons bumper. This is highway robbery. I have been in an accident and the tow truck driver NEVER charged all those fees or that much. THIS IS ROBBERY the BBB needs involved this man takes advantage of people in horrible situations.

Straight forward and honest people. Had my truck towed on a Friday from the turnpike, they were the only company who would come get me. Quick and professional. Gave me a diagnosis of my truck and didn't charge me for it.
