Buhl Public Library

I have been in Buhl for 13 years which is all my life and I have never had a bad experience at the Buhl Public Library. Our library may be small with a small selection of books, but they do have something most libraries do not have and that is a caring, loving, helpful, and big hearted staff. They really make you feel welcome and part of the family.

We moved to Buhl about 6 months ago and have enjoyed our experiences at the library. We are often informed about and invited to community events and the staff have been helpful. The selection is a bit limited, but that's to be expected with a town this size. This is a great little library.

You get ignored, snapped at. Also the hours can be in convenient, they don't know if their books are theirs or not. I only been in there a few times, but i prefer to pay the $40 a year fee for out of Twin Falls residents then to ever step foot in this sad place they call a library. Worse library I have ever been to in my life.

When did they add a new policy about having your backpack with you it's against the library policy and if so why don't they ask everyone with backpacks to leave it at the front desk why only me!? How rude!!

The staff are helpful and pleasant to interact with. The selection of books can be less than ideal but what do you expect from a small library with limited space? Interlibrary loan is available.
