I have been with Farmers Insurance for 18 years, Charlies was awesome to work with, the new guy, Kenneth Reinke, not so much. Worst customer services ever with an awful attitude. His insurance policy was several hundred dollars more then anyone else in the area and all I asked was to see if he could look into my account and be competitive after being loyal for 18 years. 3 seconds of me finishing my question, I got a big fat NO. He didn't event have the time to look up my account. When I told him I was going somewhere else, his attitude got worse. He demanded I tell him the exact date or he wasn't cancelling and I had to come in.nWell Allstate has a new customer now.
